A practice will be held 1 hour prior to the game, for the 1st game this is when shirts will be provided. This will be the coaches responsibility to get information to you regarding these things. Our games schedules will not be officially posted until the week prior to the 1st game. 

 All players are required to have a mouth piece and cleats are preferred not required, and no metal spikes.
